While planning a new project, several ideas came to mind. The concept solidified when my wife and I purchased a new refrigerator. Upon observing the refrigerator, the idea for SOUS emerged.
SOUS is an application designed for smart refrigerators that connects with Fresh Market. It aims to track spoilage, display recipes based on the food available in the fridge, create grocery lists that can be sent directly from home, or synced to a phone, and offer various other functions for users.
RSVP was my first full project in Figma, created for the Google UX certification through Coursera. As a server in a fine dining restaurant, I chose a topic relevant to my experience with frequent private events. These events are crucial for revenue and customer retention.
I've seen miscommunication disrupt events due to too many emails and calls between the Event Coordinator, Planner, and Chef. RSVP addresses this by consolidating all information into one app, allowing planners to manage menu options, floor layout, pricing, alcohol packages, guest confirmations, dietary restrictions, and billing in one place.
